About Me
A love for hiking and camping is what inspired me to create my first website on WordPress, in 2015. I became empowered by the realization that I could solve any problem by seeking information and educating myself.
Because of my experience with WordPress, I was tasked with creating, editing, and updating several websites at my current job - UW-Milwaukee (where I previously earned a bachelor's degree in journalism & mass communication). I've been given the opportunity to use the web development skills I have and earn the skills I don't have.
To deepen my knowledge of web development, I started the University of Wisconsin-Extended Campus Coding Bootcamp in August of 2021 - with an intended graduation date of February 11, 2022.
